Education & Teaching

With over two decades of experience in teaching, Busayo has dedicated much of her life to nurturing young minds and shaping future generations. She earned her first degree in Educational Technology from the University of Ilorin and later proceeded to the University of Essex, where she pursued postgraduate studies in Psychology.

Her passion for education led her to establish Ma Pearl College — a school comprising nursery, primary, and secondary sections — where she served as proprietor for many years before relocating to the United Kingdom.

Her Calling & Writing

Beyond academics, her life's work has consistently centered around supporting children and singles, strengthening families, mentoring women, and helping individuals discover purpose and direction.

Her books are deeply rooted in real-life experiences, spiritual insight, practical wisdom, and heartfelt truths that speak to everyday life. She believes that stories can heal, wisdom can restore, and truth can transform generations.

She draws inspiration from God and spiritual insight from teachings by Apostle Joshua Selman, Pastor D. Oyedepo, Apostle Emmanuel Iren, and other faith leaders whose teachings continue to strengthen her spiritual journey and calling.

Spiritual Leadership

Busayo was ordained as an Assistant Pastor in 2016 at Praise Tabernacle Ministry and Towers, where she faithfully served and led the women's ministry for several years. She additionally served as Youth Pastor, investing her time in mentoring and guiding young people spiritually and emotionally.

Following her relocation to the United Kingdom, she joined The Redeemed Christian Church of God and currently serves as the Women Leader at RCCG Love Assembly Derby.

Kingdom Friends Initiative

In 2024, Busayo received a divine inspiration through Ezekiel 37:1–14 — a life-changing encounter that birthed Kingdom Friends Initiative, a faith-based initiative dedicated to restoring hope, rebuilding lives, and empowering women spiritually, emotionally, and purposefully.

✓ Women seeking restoration and healing
✓ Single mothers and widows
✓ Women recovering from abuse
✓ Women who lost passion, purpose, or identity
✓ Young adults seeking spiritual growth and direction

Kingdom Friends Initiative currently extends its impact across Lagos and Kwara State in Nigeria, as well as the United Kingdom.
